Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

RankForg provides professional SEO services involving strategic planning, technical implementation, content creation, and ongoing optimization. Given the labor-intensive and time-based nature of this work, our refund policy is structured as follows:

If a client cancels within 48 hours of initial payment, and no work (audit, research, or strategy) has yet started, a full refund will be issued.

3. After Work Has Begun

Once work has commenced — including audits, strategy development, or any implementation — refunds are prorated based on completed work. Deliverables already completed (audits, published content, completed link placements, etc.) are non-refundable.

4. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly SEO retainers:

Clients may cancel future billing at any time with 14 days' written notice via email.
The current active billing month is non-refundable once work has begun.
No further charges will apply after the cancellation takes effect.

5. No Guaranteed Rankings Disclaimer

SEO outcomes are influenced by factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm updates, market competition, and website history. While RankForg commits to ethical, best-effort strategies backed by industry experience, we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers, and the absence of a specific outcome does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@rankforg.com with your account details, invoice number, and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed and responded to within 5-7 business days.

7. Chargebacks

We ask clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider, so we can resolve any issue directly and quickly.
