Payment Terms

This page outlines how payments are processed for RankForg's SEO and digital growth services, including accepted methods, billing schedules, and related policies.
1. Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept payment through the following secure provider:
- PayPal — accepted for both U.S. and international clients, supporting major debit/credit cards and PayPal balances.
We do not accept cash, checks, or cryptocurrency at this time.
2. How Payment Works
Free Audit & Proposal
You receive a free SEO audit and a custom proposal outlining scope and pricing.
Invoice Sent
Once you approve the proposal, we send an invoice via Payoneer or PayPal.
Initial Payment
First payment is due before work begins, per the terms in your proposal.
Ongoing Billing
For monthly retainers, billing recurs on the same date each month unless otherwise agreed.
Receipt Provided
You'll receive a receipt/invoice confirmation for every payment made.
3. Payment Schedule

| Monthly SEO retainers | Billed monthly, in advance, on a fixed date |
| Google Ads / PPC management | Management fee billed monthly; ad spend billed separately by the ad platform |
4. Currency
All proposals and invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Currency conversion fees charged by Payoneer or PayPal, if any, are the client's responsibility.
5. Security & Trust
All payments are processed through Payoneer's and PayPal's secure, encrypted payment infrastructure. RankForg does not store your full card, bank, or wallet credentials on our own servers.
6. Late Payments
Invoices unpaid after 7 days past the due date may result in a pause of active work until payment is received. Repeated late payments may affect scheduling priority for future work.
